Where is my NFC chip located?
Most Android devices have their NFC chip located near the centre-back area.
Pro Tip: To get optimal results with Pebl's Tap to Pay, keep the contactless card or NFC device close to the centre of your Android device's back. Conduct a test payment to precisely locate your NFC chip.
Will my personal contactless cards get charged accidentally?
Fear not! Pebl's Tap to Pay feature is smart enough to distinguish between customer transactions and your personal cards.
Reminder: If your phone case holds physical cards, remove them to avoid any card mix-ups. You can also toggle off NFC in your Android settings when not processing payments.
Which Android devices sync well with Tap to Pay?
Pebl's Tap to Pay works like a charm on numerous Android models. However, it's not compatible with Samsung Galaxy S8, S9, and Note 9.
