How can Pebl help my business?

Pebl allows businesses to download, sign-up and accept their first payment within 5 minutes, without the need to buy, carry, charge or store extra devices, dongles or card readers.

Pebl also gives businesses the ability to manage their customers & products from their phone or desktop for no extra cost.

As long as your mobile or desktop has an internet connection, Pebl gives businesses the freedom of taking payments and so much more - wherever, whenever.

Is Pebl secure and compliant with industry standards?

Pebl and its partners, who help manage things like payment processing, PayID transactions and settlements, are all PCI compliant and registered to run their operations here in Australia and are regulated by the required organisations to do so.

What fees are involved?

Pebl charges zero sign-up costs, monthly fees or admin charges.

The only cost incurred is a 2.20% per transaction fee for all card payments.

For all instant PayID or PayTO transactions, the fee is $1.50.

What payment types does Pebl accept?

Visa, Mastercard, eftpos, Union Pay, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay ID & PayTo.

Buy Now Pay Later via Afterpay is coming shortly.

We are constantly adding new payment types - please let us know if you’re after anything particular.

How & when do you receive your money?

All card transactions are settled to your nominated bank account within 48 hours.

PayID and PayTo transactions are settled instantly, although can take 24 hours to settle. This can depend on you and your customer's bank.
