How To Process A Refund
Using Pebl, businesses and their staff can process full or partial refunds to their customers.

To process a refund, follow these steps: -
- Find and select the transaction you wish to refund.
- Scroll down and select “Process refund”
- Edit the amount if you wish to send a partial refund
- Select “Done”
For a card transaction, the refund should be returned to the customer in approx. 3 days, depending on their bank.
For a PayID transaction, the refund can take up to 24 hours to be returned although should appear for the customer instantly.
